The report said that Harry Kane has set his sights on a move to Premier League champions Manchester City in a deal worth more than £100m and that Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levyis reluctant to let him leave the club this summer.

Harry Kane has been the main man at Spurs for over five years and he’s keen to leave the club to win trophies. The England international skipper has not won any major trophy in his career.

Kane and Spurs came close to winning the League Cup this season before they fell short against Manchester City in the final of the competition last month. Manchester City got the better of Spurs thanks to the header from Frenchman AymericLaporte in the final ten minutes. The goal gave the Citizens a 1-0 win over the North London giants.

A win over Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final would have ended the 13-year wait for a trophy at Tottenham Hotspur. The last major trophy won by the North London club was the 2008 League Cup triumph via the penalty shootout win over London rivals Chelsea in the final.

Manchester City are the favourites to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur if the Englishman leaves the club this summer. The player favours a move to the Etihad Stadium over the other clubs. Apart from Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are also interested in signing him.

Harry Kane could be the replacement for club legend Sergio Aguero at Manchester City. Argentine international Aguero will leave the Premier League champions after a decade at the club.
